Our mission
& vision
Our mission is educate and empower individuals in mental health care through practical programs and support services. We provide tangible tools that foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships—making psychological well-being accessible to all.
Our vision is a world where mental health is prioritized equally with physical health. We drive transformative impact by equipping individuals with the resources needed for sustainable emotional well-being across every stage of life.
Our Story
Open Minded You Foundation was established in 2020 out of a shared vision between Sandra Blanco, Juliana Moncada and Luis A. Rubio to transform how we care for our minds.
Recognizing that people often seek support only after stress and anxiety become overwhelming, they created a proactive, safe space dedicated to daily emotional wellness long before reaching a breaking point.
Today, in collaboration with psychology and neuroscience experts, we deliver science-backed workshops and practical programs designed to make mental well-being accessible to all, empowering individuals to regain balance and take control of their lives.
